THOMAS ADAMS APPAREL would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. We will provide a return label free of charge, but will charge a flat rate of $5.00 on any exchanges/returns made. 

THOMAS ADAMS APPAREL charges an $8.00 standard shipping fee on all transactions, unless a shipping discount is active.

Holiday Policy Extension: Due to potential shipping delays from carriers, THOMAS ADAMS APPAREL will be extending its Return Policy during the holiday shopping period. Full-Price Merchandise purchased between November 1, 2024 and December 25, 2024 must be returned within 90 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. We want you to shop with confidence while allowing gift recipients the proper time to return or exchange items if needed. 

On-Sale Items: Items bought during a sale are non-refundable.
